Substitute any kind of chicken you want. If you can't find Knorr brand chicken stock, any chicken bullion will do (1-2 tbsp), but Knorr really is the best.

Ingredients

  • 3Chicken Thighs
  • 4large spoonfuls of Dijon Mustard
  • to tasteItalian Seasoning
  • Rosemary
  • 3 cupsheavy whipping cream
  • salt
  • pepper
  • 1 tbspAny cooking oil
  • 1egg yolk
  • 1 tubKnorr brand chicken stock
  • 1-2 dashesWorcestershire sauce

    Season chicken thighs with Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper

  2. 2

    Heat cooking oil and sear chicken.

  3. 3

    Mix egg yolk with a small amount of cream in a separate bowl

  4. 4

    Reduce heat to medium. Add heavy whipping cream, mustard, worchestershire, chicken stock, and rosemary to pan. Simmer slowly until chicken is cooked through.

  5. 5

    Add in egg yolk and simmer until sauce thickens enough to coat the back of a spoon and to coat the chicken.

  6. 6

    Serve with veggies
