In a Mixi add Chopped green chili,Ginger And mint leaves and 1 tbsp of water and Grind to smooth paste.

Now take a large bowl add buttermilk,Add Green chilli or ginger paste and mix it well.Now add Cumin powder,salt Black salt,Sugar mix it well.

Now place a small cup in the center and keep 1 pieces of red hot charcoal add 1 teaspoon Ghee and cover it. For 2 to 3 minutes or till nice aroma.

Finally serve masala buttermilk with ice cube.
