Ingredients

6 servings
  • 50 gramVermicelli sewiyan (Mehran)
  • 1 litrefull fat milk
  • 150 gmsugar
  • 4-5 tspmix dryfruits (almonds, cashew, pistachios, chironji)
  • 2 tspdry coconut powder
  • 1/2 tspElaichi(cardamom) powder
  • pinchsaffron threads
  • 2 tspghee

Steps

  1. 1

    Take a pan and heat ghee on medium flame add sevaiya and saute well as change a colour or sevaiya

    Take milk in a pan and boil for 15-20 min add sugar and kesar and elaichi powder

    Add roated sevaiya in to milk pan also add chopped dry fruits and coonut powder boil for 10-15 min

    Now ready you kheer savaiya for festivals
