Beef Karahi Kaleji

Steps

Wash and dry kalaji then add vinegar, ginger and garlic paste mix nice and put it aside

Heat oil add fry onion and garlic paste

Ginger paste mix it then add chopped tomatoes

And dry ingredients turmeric powder chilli flakes zeera powder

Coriander powder mix well and cover until tomatoes are soft

Tomatoes are soft add kaleji fry for 15 mins then cover on medium flame

Kaleji are tender then add salt and all spice powder

Lemon juice and coriandar leaves and green chillies mix very well then leave for a few minutes

Oil is seperated kaleji is ready! Serve with Nan or chappati.
