  1. 1kg (2 pounds)Beef
  2. 2tbl spoonCoriander seeds roasted and ground
  3. 2tbl spoonwhite zeera roasted and ground
  4. 12 to 14 roasted and groundted button chillies
  5. 2tbl spoonyoghurt
  6. 2tbl spoonlemon juice
  7. 1largebell peppers green square cut
  8. 1 Iargeonion square cut
  9. 8-9green chillies
  10. green coriander for garnish
  11. 1/2 cupoil
  12. 1tbl spoongaram masala
  13. 1tbl spoonginger garlic paste
  14. coal for dhuaan
  15. to tastesalt

Cooking Instructions

    Boil beef in ginger garlic paste and salt until meat done

    Heat oil in a pan

  3. 3

    Add all roasted and crushed masala

  4. 4

    Then add meat yoghurt and fry them on large tawa

  5. 5

    Keep stirring (bhonofy) until meat and oil separates

  6. 6

    Add a piece of coal in middle and add few drops of oil and cover it very well

  7. 7

    Give smoke for 7mins

  8. 8

    Then remove coal piece add bell pepper green chillies and onion then fry it on high flame

  9. 9

    Stir it well serve it with paratha or nan
