I tried different recipes that can produce a sweet snack that is easy to make and I came up with this, with few ingredients, of which are commonly available at home and doesn't take much time to prepare.
And it's really tasty. I enjoy it😋😋

I tried different recipes that can produce a sweet snack that is easy to make and I came up with this, with few ingredients, of which are commonly available at home and doesn't take much time to prepare.

In a bowl, combine flour, salt and teaspoon sugar and milk then kneed until no longer sticky. Add oil and kneed again.

Then pinch little by little to form your design, mine is shell shape

Add vegetable oil in a frying pan and heat for 5 minutes then add your wheaty crackles to fry until golden brown, remove and set aside

Add your fine white sugar in a sufuria, add water and heat while stirring until it becomes molasses. Do not let it cool, mix it up with your wheaty crackles, mix it vigorously.

Let it cool then store in an airtight plastic or glass container. You can store it for 1 month in cool place and not directly from sunlight 😅
