Steps

Mix all dry ingredients and seive them twice and keep aside.

Now mix all wet ingredients and then slowly slowly add dry into them.

Whisk them gently and make a batter.

Preheat the kadai with salt and stand into it.

Now pour the batter in pan and bake them in preheated kadai. Initially 10min on high flame and then 25-30min on med to slow flame.

By the time we will ready the frosting.

Crush the chocolate and put them in a bowl. Boil the cream and pour onto the chocolate and make a smooth mixture. No lumps will be there.

Put them in fridge for 40-45 mintues.

The cup cakes are ready and put them on cooling rack.

Now take out the ganchae from fridge and whisk them till it comes to thick consistency fir frosting.

Now fill it in pipning bag and do icing according to your choice.
