Steps

Take a mixing bowl and add milk powder, maida, khoa, ghee and milk.

Mix it nicely and knead it into a soft dough.

Make small balls from it and fry them in the medium hot oil on medium flame till it becomes brown in colour.

For sugar syrup Take a pan and add sugar and water according to consistency and add 1 whole elachi and boil it till it thickens.

Cool the syrup slightly and add the prepared GULABJAMUNS into it.

Soak them for half an hour and your delicious GULABJAMUNS are ready.
