Khurma
A piece of fried flour which is coated with sugar.
Steps

Mix all-purpose flour and oil. Then add water 1 spoon every time to make a dough. Once dough is ready keep it for 15 minutes rest.

After 15 minutes make a ball from the dough. Roll the balls with rolling pin. Flatter it by keeping it thick. Cut and give a shape of khurma to the flattens dough as per your choice.

Then in a pan put oil and fry all the khurma in a lower flame. In another pan prepare the sugar syrup by adding one cup water and 1 and 1/2 water. Once syrup become sticky then add the fried khurmas. Keep it stirring and once sugar syrup dry khurma is ready.
