1/2 cupsugar
For flavour
1 tsp cardamom powder
as required Oil or ghee for deep frying
as requiredWater for mixture

Make a thick consistency paste of wheat flour and sugar with water.

Heat the oil/ghee into deep pan

Now fry this batter into hot ghee or oil into small pakora shape

Serve hot
