Peel the yam,wash it & put little salt,cook it till its soft.

Put pepper and onion in you mortor and pound it well.

Put boil yam and mash it,put maggi garlic and the pounded onion and pepper.

Mix it well till the ingredients goes in,and put serdine inside the mix again.

Make a ball with it and put it in a flour

Break the egg in a bowl, put the ball inside and fried it.
