Fry the sliced garlic in oil until golden and crispy. Remove and set aside for topping.

In the same pan, add butter to the remaining oil. Sauté the minced garlic in the butter until fragrant.

Add the cooked rice and stir-fry to combine. Season with soy sauce.

Serve the rice in a bowl Japanese-style. Top with the crispy garlic and sliced green onion.
