Ingredients

30-45mins
4-6 servings
  • 1 kgMutton chops:
  • Bay leaves:2
  • White and black zeera:half tsp each
  • 3-4Long:
  • Sabut kaali mirch:4-5
  • Cinnamon stick:2-3
  • Salt:1tbsp or as required
  • 1.5 tbspCrushed red chillies:
  • 2 tbspginger garlic paste
  • 3-4Green chillies cut in half(large)
  • Adrak sabut: one small
  • 1/4 cupMaids

Steps

30-45mins
  1. 1

    In a pot put mutton chops immersed in water(around half pot water) with all these spices

  2. 2

    And boil until they r tender and water dries with masala.

  3. 3

    Let them cool at room temperature.

  4. 4

    Coat them first with maida,then dip in egg and coat in bread crumbs.

  5. 5

    Deep fry in a pan until crispy and golden.

  6. 6

    Serve with bread or buns and kecthup.
