Jab gosht mn pani dry ho jye tu sb ingredient jo mention wo add krn or achy sy bhon kar rakh dein agr gosht tender na ho tu usko mazeed thora sa pani dal kar halki anch py rkhn

Ab palak ko achy sy dho kar kat lein or halka sa boil kar lein or pani Dry kar dein

Ab palak ko chopper mn chop kar lein...or gosht ko check krn agar ready howey masalay mein palak add karain or achy say mix kerain

5 mints dum py rkhn jub oil side say niklana shru ho jye tu 2 mint mazeed bhon kar usko bandh kar dein sath hi green chillies sprinkle karain or garam garam roti or salad ke sath enjoy karain....
