Soft crunchy kangumu

Daisy @daisy_254
Sweet and crunchy. I remember back in high school we used to love the hard ones but as I progress in life I think I still need my teeth stronger hence the softer version.

Cute Little Doughnut Bites Cute Little Doughnut Bites
When I make regular old fashioned doughnuts in a tray, they are so prone to breaking up.These small ones are easy for small children to eat, yet it's adult-like and they are bite sized. They are easy to make and everyone can enjoy them.Since the shape is a bit chunky, it's better to make a circle of oil and gently move them around, rather than turning them over and over. Also they all turn out the same color. If you use a 18 x 27cm plastic bag, it's better than using a dough bag because when you roll it out the thickness will be just right. For about 30-35. Recipe by Karenmamacchi cookpad.japan -

Easy!! Crunchy!! 3 Minute Cookies Easy!! Crunchy!! 3 Minute Cookies
I was thinking that I just can't wait 20 minutes to eat the cookies.Microwave for 3 minutes, let them cool, and they'll be so crunchy!!If you eat them right away, they'll be soft!!You can enjoy them in 2 ways, but the crunchy version tastes the best!!If they are still slightly soft after they have cooled, just microwave for a little bit longer But don't cook them for too long or the centers will burn. Grandma Linda's Irish Soda Bread Grandma Linda's Irish Soda Bread
My Irish side loves Irish Soda Bread. I always look forward to having this on St. Patrick's Day.Back in high school, I tried to make it, but it was a total failure. Over 15 years later, I tried to make it again, using a recipe that my mother in law got from a good friend of hers. It was really good and so simpleI have tried to make it myself every year since I got this recipe. Hopefully, you will like it as much as we did. This recipe makes 1 large loaf or 2 small loaves. For mine, I used two 9 inch cake pans. #mycookbookEnjoy! J.A.B. -
