Sweet and crunchy. I remember back in high school we used to love the hard ones but as I progress in life I think I still need my teeth stronger hence the softer version.

Sift flour, baking soda together then add sugar, margarine and vanilla and mix to form crumbs then add milk and knead the dough.

On a lightly floured surface roll the dough not so thin just thick enough and cut into squares.

Fry in heated oil under medium heat until golden brown.
- 4
Breakfast is sorted.
