Ingredients

half an hour
2 peoples
  1. Beef half kg
  2. 1 tspSalt
  3. 5-6Ginger chopped
  4. 2 tbspGarlic chopped
  5. 2 tbspPodina chopped
  6. 2 tbspCoriander chopped
  7. Grammasala powder 1tsp
  8. 1 tspCrushed chilli
  9. 1 tspBaking soda
  10. 1 tspRed chilli powder
  11. Green chilli chopped 2
  12. 1 tspSalt
  13. 3 tspGhee
  14. Onion 1 chopped
  15. Oil for fry little

Steps

  1. 1

    Wash the boneless meat first

  2. 2

    Add all spices in it including onion green chilli coriander and podina grand it in a grander

  3. 3

    When it grand take it out

  4. 4

    Wet your hands put Qeema in big stick to make shape

    Slowly take it out and fry in a low flame
