Ingredients

  1. Activate yeast
  2. 1 tbspsugar
  3. 2 tspactive dry yeast
  4. 1 cupmilk
  5. Dough
  6. 1/2 cupunsalted butter
  7. 1large egg
  8. 3 1/2 cupall-purpose flour
  9. 1/4 cupsugar
  10. 1 tspsalt
  11. Topping
  12. 1 tspmilk
  13. 1egg

Cooking Instructions

    To sugar and yeast, add lukewarm milk. Stir and let to stand for 20 mins or util the yeast becomes foamy.

    Add the butter, egg and mix

  3. 3

    Add the sugar, salt and flour. Then knead.

  4. 4

    Oil a clean bowl and place the dough. Also, oil the top of the dough. Cover with fling and let it rise for 1 hr

  5. 5

    Knead it again. Cover and let it rise again for 30 min.

  6. 6

    Cut into small balls. Place them into a well oiled pan.

  7. 7

    Brush the top with egg wash

  8. 8

    Bake.
