Ingredients

  1. 2 ozactive dry yeast
  2. 2/3 cup150° water
  3. 1/2 cupscalded milk
  4. 4 cupall-purpose flour
  5. 2/3 cuproom temp butter
  6. 1/4 cupgranulated sugar
  7. pinchsalt

Cooking Instructions

    Preheat oven to 350° mix yeast milk, water and sugar in bowl for 2minutes to let yeast activate.

    After yeast is activates combine 1/3 butter and the rest of ingredients into dough.

    Let rise for an hour & mix again. Then I pull the dough into desired roll sizes and place into pan.

  4. 4

    Coat rolls in remaining butter. Let rise for another 20 minutes then bake for 15 minutes or until holden brown.
