Wash your hand say BismiAllah and daroud shareef

Take qeema and strain it very well

Now cut all veggies after wash it very well

Take a chopper add qeema first and blend it very well

Then blend all veggies and keep a side for strain it very well(if you have muslin cloth then add and hang it for 10-15m

Take egg and beat it very well and cook it low medium flame

Now take a parat add qeema all spices,flour,egg(cut in small pieces)anardana,coriander and mix it even knead it very very well

After thay keep in fridge for 30m for fine chill

After 30m take it out now this time take 2 cup full chill water dip your hand in it then make gol kabab like chappli kabab #Tip (hand dip krny sy hand ki heat kam hoti ha jis say kabab tota nahi ha) take grill pan And tawa add some oil and cook on it (place tomato slice in mid)

Cook it on low medium flame 10m each side before done it add veggies onion and tomatoes and green chilli for suaty it's turn out very tasty

When cook it very well dish out it and enjoy it with roti,salad and riata
