Ingredients

40 minutes
4 servings
  • 1 cuphung curd
  • 2 tspginger garlic paste
  • 2 tsptandoori masala
  • 2 tspkashmiri lal mirch powder
  • 1/2 tspgaram masala
  • 1 tbspkasuri methi
  • 2 tbspbutter
  • 1/4 tspturmeric powder
  • 1 tsplemon juice
  • 4-5soya sticks
  • 1 tbspcream

Steps

40 minutes
  1. 1

    Remove the stick from the chaap. Cut into small pieces.

    In a mixing bowl add all ingredients and mix well. Add soya chaap.mix well.

    Cover the bowl and keep aside for 30 minutes. Thread the chaap in skewers.

    Cook the chaap over direct flame until nicely browend.

    Transfer the chaap in a plate.

    Garnish with onion, green chilli and butter or cream.serve immediately.
