Ingredients

  • 8leg piece approx 800 grm
  • 1/2 kghung curd
  • 1 tspginger garlic paste
  • 1 tspkasoori methi
  • 1 tspSalt
  • 1 tbspDegi mirchi/ red chilli powder
  • 1 tbspMustard oil

  1. 1

    First take a cotton cloth pour yoghurt into th cloth and hang it for 20 min.

    Wash th chicken and add th hung curd and all th other ingredients and stir it well than leave it in room temperature in half and hr.

    Add 2 tablespoons oil in pan. Then cook it on low medium flame and stir it slowly until it's gets crispy

    Now serve it hot your crispy delicious chicken is ready to eat🍗
