to tasteRed chilli powder
to tasteDhaniya powder
to tasteTandoori masala
to tasteLemon juice
to tasteGinger/garlic paste
1/2 cupDahi
to tasteTandoori color optional

Wash and strain all the water from chicken

Put all the ingredients in a big bowl

Make some cuts on chicken so that all the masala will get inside the chicken

Marinate chicken and keep for 10 mints
5

Grill it at 220 degrees for 20mints.
