Take ghee in a kadai saute suji then add sugar then milk powder and saute until turn little golden.

Add milk and khowa and mix nicely untill it thickens and fully changes the color to dark brown.

Until this color changing do continous mixing of the batter or it will burnt. Once all the ghee is released and can be seen in the kadai stop cooking it's ready.

Grease a pan place the parchment paper and pour the mixture prepared add the crushed dry fruits and press them a bit now keep it to cool down. After this cut them into bars and do enjoy it.
