My friend inspired me to make this recipe. I didn't know you can have your chapati in another form. I cooked it for my siblings.

My friend inspired me to make this recipe. I didn't know you can have your chapati in another form. I cooked it for my siblings.

Steps

Put flour,salt and oil in a bowl and mix all well. Add the warm water bit by bit as you mix up.

After make 5balls. Apply 1tbsp oil on top of each ball. Then cover to rest for 3hrs.

Assemble the kheema ingredients and prepare the for cooking.

Put oil in a cooking pan and let it heat a bit, put the onions stir and let it cook a bit. Add ginger and garlic paste then stir and add salt then stir again.

Add the minced meat and stir. Add coriander and mix well. Let it cook for a while. Then add turmeric, cinnamon, cardamom and curry powder let it cook for a while. It will be ready.

Then take your balls and stretch each out. Add in the mince meat to each one.

Then fold each one of them to enclose the mixture.

In a pan add some oil and put low medium heat and place each folded chapati there to cook on all sides.

Serve and enjoy with your favorite drink.
