Ingredients

15-20 mins
6-8 pieces
  1. 1 cupsoaked sago
  2. 2boiled and peeled potato
  3. 1 tbsproasted and crushed peanuts
  4. 1/2 tsp salt
  5. 1 tsp red chilli powder
  6. 1/4 tspRoasted cumin powder
  7. 1/2 tsp garam masala
  8. 1/2 tspamchur(dry mango) powder
  9. 1/4 tsp ginger chilli paste
  10. As neededoil to shallow fry
  11. handfulsev to garnish
  12. 3 tspgreen Chutney
  13. 3 tspTamarind chutney

Steps

15-20 mins
  1. 1

    Drain sago and keep it sometime in colander so that no water is there

  2. 2

    Mash potato nicely and add sago to it mix

  3. 3

    Add crushed peanuts and all masalas andmix nicely

  4. 4

    Make heart shaped patties with mixture and leave for sometime

  5. 5

    Heat up pan add oil and shallow fry hearts

  6. 6

    Garnish with chutnys and sev and enjoy
