Ingredients

  1. 1 1/2 cupmonggo seeds
  2. 20 piecesmalabar spinach leaves
  3. pumpkin
  4. to tastesalt and pepper
  5. to tasteonion
  6. to tastegarlic
  7. to tastesaba sardines (in coconut cream)
  8. as neededwater

Cooking Instructions

    Boil the monggo seeds and pumpkin until it becomes soft. 30-45 minutes.

    Saute the onion and garlic until it becomes brownish color.

  3. 3

    Mix the cooked monggo seeds and pumpkin with the sauted onion and garlic.

  4. 4

    Add the saba sardines (in coconut cream)

  5. 5

    Put a little amount of water.

  6. 6

    Then add the malabar spinach. And put salt and pepper to taste.

  7. 7

    Cover the pot and wait until it cooks for 15minutes.

  8. 8

    Ready to serve and eat. Enjoy!
