Wash the chicken pieces and remove water. It must be dry.

Mix all the masala, ginger garlic paste and curd with chicken pieces except fried onion. Mix well and marinet for 1 hour.

Add fried onion, cashew khaskhas paste and ghee with the marineted chicken properly. Put marineted chicken in the Tagin cooking pot (Tarkish dish) or any non-stick pan. Keep the pot on the gas and cook for 15- 20 minutes. First 5 minutes on high flame and next 15 minutes on low heat.

Donot open the lid in between cooking time. Wait for five minutes and then serve with roti, paratha or nan.
