Steps

Take the raisins. Chop the coriander and chillies.

In a bowl add desiccated coconut. Add chillies and raisins.

Now add sugar and salt to it and mix it well.

Now add red chilli powder and coriander and asafoetida and mix it well.

Now peel off the potatoes. Boil them. And then mesh them.

Now grate them with the help of grater.

Now add corn flour, salt and aara roth powder. And mix it well. Make a dough with it.

Now take a small portion and stuff it with the filling and make a round shape.

In a pan add oil. Heat it up. Now with the help of toothpick make a hole and then put the patis into the oil. Allow them to crisp.

Now, at the time of serving press the patis and serve with chutneys. Sprinkle the sev.

Now repeat the above process.And spread the onion if needed.

And here the khopra patis is ready to eat.
