Steps

Heat 3 tsp of oil in a pan and add tej patta, laung, 1 tsp jeera, black pepper corn, chhoti and badhi elaichi, melon seeds, green chillies, dry red chilli.

Now add onion and saute for 2-3 minutes till they are transparent.

Add tomatoes and almonds and a little salt.

Cook till tomatoes are mashy.

Cool down the above mixture and then grind it into fine paste by adding water as required.

Heat 3 tsp of oil and fry the paneer cubes and capsicum cubes little and take them out.

Now in the same pan add the paste and mix well

Now add 1/2 tsp red chilli powder, 1/4 tsp turmeric powder, 1/4 tsp garam masala, 1/2 tsp coriander powder and mix well.

Add little water and cook on medium flame until the paste starts leaving oil from it's sides.

At this stage add 1/2 cup of water and mix well

Now add paneer and capsicum cubes and salt to taste and cook while covering the lid for 5-6 min on medium flame.
