Egg maisoob (Egg mithai)

Take a pan. Add eggs, sugar and ghee. Mix everything properly.

On medium flame cook it and keep stiring. Cook till it becomes brown in color and leave the sides.

Now take a plate and spread mixture on it. Let it cool down then cut into pieces. Maisoob is ready.

Serve yummy and mouth melting egg maisoob.
