Peshawari sprouted chana masala

#Np Sprouts can be a great source of protein to be included in your diet. Usually we end up with salad when we have sprouts, but I tried to make chana masala which turned out really good. Do check out the recipe.

#Np Sprouts can be a great source of protein to be included in your diet. Usually we end up with salad when we have sprouts, but I tried to make chana masala which turned out really good. Do check out the recipe.

Pressure cook the sprouted chana for two whistles. Heat a pan with oil and add the cinnamon, cardamom and bay leaf. Add sliced onions and green chillies. Saute well.

When light golden brown add ginger garlic paste and saute for a minute. Add all the spice powders and chopped tomatoes. Fry until oil separates. Sprinkle water if necessary.

Now add the sprouts and mix well. Add the 1/4 cup stock and let it boil. Garnish with coriander leaves and serve hot 😋
