Ingredients

  1. Fried Chicken
  2. 2 1/2tbps cornstarch
  3. 2 1/2tbps fish sauce
  4. Ground black pepper
  5. Flour
  6. Teriyaki sauce
  7. 1 clovegarlic, grated
  8. 1 clovesize ginger, grated
  9. 1 pcred sili, chopped
  10. 1/4 cupsoy sauce
  11. 1/4 cupbrown sugar
  12. 1 tspcornstarch dissolve in 2 tsp water

Cooking Instructions

    Add Chicken, cornstarch, fish sauce and pepper. Mix.

    Dredge the marinated chicken into flour.

  3. 3

    Fry the chicken on medium flame setting until golden brown.

  4. 4

    When the meat becomes golden brown, strain and set aside.

  5. 5

    Saute garlic, ginger and sili.

  6. 6

    Add soy sauce.

  7. 7

    Add brown sugar then dissolve.

  8. 8

    When sugar is dissolved, add cornstarch and stir until desired thickness.

  9. 9

    Add the fried chicken meat and mix well.

  10. 10

    Add green sili and sesame seed before serving.
