  1. 2 packagesheat and serve jasmine rice
  2. 1/2 packetKikomon fried rice seasoning
  3. 1 bagFrozen peas and carrots
  4. 2 clovesgarlic
  5. 2eggs
  6. 1challot
  7. 1 bunchgreen onion
  8. 3mushrooms
  9. 2table spoons
  10. Soy sauce
  11. 2 tablespoonssesame oil
  12. I teaspoon chili flakes

    In wok, heat 1 tablespoon sesame oil on medium high

    Whisk eggs in bowl. Once oil is heated, add eggs and when done set aside

  3. 3

    After removing the eggs and setting aside, add the remaining oil to the wok. Add garlic and shallots stirring until onions begin to be translucent

    Add rice pouches, 1 teaspoon chili flakes and seasoning packet to wok

  5. 5

    Stir constantly and cook for 5 minutes. Adding 2 tablespoons soy sauce (you can add more to taste) mushrooms and frozen peas and carrots.

    Add egg and half the green onions. Stir for 2 more minutes or until peas are no longer cold. Then enjoy! Serve hot with remaining green onions as garnish. (You can add meat to this recipe as well)
