Steps

Keep vegetable scraps(peels, tops) frozen in the freezer until you have a gallon bag full. Alternatively you can use fresh carrots, tomatoes, mushrooms for this recipe

Put scraps and other ingredients in a large pot on low.

Add twice as much water
- 4
Let it cook on low, stirring occasionally. Cook until reduced.

Strain out broth into jar and keep refrigerated or frozen
