Steps

In a heavy bottom pan dry roast rice till brown.

Next dry roast gram, peanuts and grated coconut one by one.

Grind rice to fine powder

Roughly grind all the roasted ingredients.

Add sesame and cardamom

Dissolve jaggery in 1 and 1/2 cup of water.

Boil the jaggery syrup,it should form a ball like when drop in water. It's the correct consistency to prepare perfect laddoo

Now mix the jaggery syrup in the mixture and mix well.

Grease your palm and prepare laddoo.
