Put oil in pan and heat up then add cloves and cardamom

Add cutted onion and tomato

Cook over medium flame for 3-5 minutes

Switch off the flame and let it cool

Grind it in a jar

Now again take a small amount of oil in pan and put grinded material and cook on medium flame for 2-3 minutes

Add a pinch turmeric, chilli, salt as per taste...

When you can see oil on surface... add cream in it and cook on slow flame for 3-4 minutes

Then add a little tomato sauce and 1/2 spoon of sugar in it

Cook for 2 minutes and shahi paneer is ready to serve

You can garnish with coriander. It will look awesome
