Ingredients

  1. 1 cupMilk
  2. 2 tbspCurd
  3. 1-2Banana
  4. 4Dates
  5. 1 tspFlax seeds
  6. 2 tbspCocoa powder
  7. 1 tbspCoffee powder
  8. pinchChia seeds to garnish
  9. 3Almonds to garnish.

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Take milk add little water then add curd banana dates flax seeds, cocoa powder, coffee powder and blend well together.

  2. 2

    Last garnish with chia seeds and sliced almonds.

  3. 3

    Serve chilled and enjoy.
