Sweet coconut filled with glass pudding

For sweet coconut.

Heat desiccated coconut in a pan on low heat

Mix condensed milk and set in a round bowl.

For glass pudding- Bloom gelatin in water for 5 minutes.

Heat coconut water and dissolve 1 teaspoon of sugar in it,mix bloomed gelatin and dissolve properly.

Mix Vanilla essence and set in silicon mould in fridge for 4 hours.

Melt Chcholate in microwave,Demould sweet coconut,and coat with melted chocolate,let it cool.

Demould glass pudding carefully and fill in sweet coconut.
