Ingredients

2 servings
  • 200 gSweet potato tops
  • 2 cloves(sliced) Garlic
  • 10 g(sliced) Ginger
  • 1/4 tspSalt
  • 1 tbspCooking oil

Steps

    Heat oil in a pan over high heat.

  2. 2

    Add garlic and ginger, sauté until fragrant.

  3. 3

    Add sweet potato tops, stir-fry quickly on high heat.

  4. 4

    Season with salt, cook just until greens are bright and still crisp.

  5. 5

    Serve immediately.

Tips

Cook on high heat for a short time to keep the tops crispy.
