  • Breadcrumbs
  • 4eggs
  • Fish fillet
  • Salt
  • Paprika
  • Ginger/garlic
  • Oregano
  • Black pepper
  • Gar am masala

    Cut the fillet into finger size.marinate with ginger/garlic/garam masala/salt/black pepper/lemon juice and let it rest for 20 mins

    In a plate add wheat flour/salt/oregano/black pepper

    Next plate add eggs n beat

    Dip the fingers in the 3plates
