1/3 cuptomato deseeded & finely chopped
1/3 cuponion finely chopped
2tblsp green chilies finely chopped or as required
3tblsp fresh coriander finely chopped
1scrambled egg
1/3 cupplain flour 1tsp Salt or as required
1tblsp red chili flake 1 tsp red chili powder or as required
1/2 tspturmeric powder 1& 1/2 tsp crushed white cumin seeds
1tblsp crushed whole coriander 1 tblsp pomegranate seeds
1 tspgaram Masala powder (all spices)
1egg lightly beaten for coating (optional) Oil for frying

In a mixing bowl add grated potato and all ingredients mix well. then heat oil in a pan and make a kabab dip in egg(if useing). then fry untill lightly brown and serve hot ♨️ with naan, rice, fresh salad and sauce.
