Steps

Soak broken wheat for 15 min in hot water

Take cooking oil in a pan

Add mustard seeds & let them crackle

Add urad dal
Add chopped onions to the pan n saute for just 2-3 mins - 5
Now add all the chopped vegetables n saute for another 4-5 min(don't over cook)

Add soaked wheat and salt & pepper
Can use red chilli powder or green chillies if want more spicy - 7
Add water double the quantity of wheat and cook by covering it as we cook rice

Can put green coriander or mint leaves for flavour
Serve hot
