  • 1 cupmilk
  • 2egg yolk
  • 1 teaspooncornstarch
  • 1 Tablespoonsugar
  • Pinchsalt
  • 1 tablespoonbutter
  • Vanilla flavor

  1. 1

    In a pot, add the milk and sugar and bring to a boil

  2. 2

    Whisk the yolk in a bowl,add the cornstarch and mix add vanilla and a pinch of salt

  3. 3

    Pour in the milk and cook for 1mins add the butter and mix

  4. 4

    Transfer to a bowl,cover with clingfilm and keep in a fridge
