Ingredients

  • 150 grampaneer
  • 1big size onion
  • 1big size tomato
  • 1 tablespoonginger garlic paste
  • 1 tbspKaju(cashew) paste
  • 1/4 cupWhisked and fresh curd
  • 1 tspKashmiri red chili paste
  • 1/2 tspRed chilli powder
  • 1/2 tspWhole coriander seeds
  • 1/2 tspTurmeric powder
  • to tastesalt
  • 3 tspghee
  • 1 tspKasuri methi
  • 3 tspchopped coriander leaves
  • 2-3green chillies
  • 1 tspgaram masala

Steps

    First of all grate the paneer keep it aside

  2. 2

    Now take a pan add 3tbsp of ghee and cumin seeds then add ginger garlic paste add chopped onion saute it for 5 min. Then add tomato puree then kashmiri ted chilli paste and kaju paste saute it for 2 min. Then add all the spices saute it for again 4-7 min. Then add curd again saute it for 3-4 min at last add paneer and kasuro methi
