30 minutes

4 servings

1 cupbasmati, wash well and then rinse
3 cupwater (you can use less if you want denser rice. We prefer softer rice)
1 tbspcoconut oil
1 1/2 tspturmeric powder
1 tspsalt
1agar-agar sachet for rice (you can skip this, I add this to add more fiber into this rice)

Combine all in rice cooker. Stir well.

Press cook and wait until it's ready.

Fluff the rice before serving.
