I prefer using cheese on garden flat bread, because the toppings dont dry up while baking

Steps

Mix dry ingredients with oil and butter

Then bind with warm milk to softer dough and let it rise till it has doubled

Grease baking trays

Grease your hands and punch back the dough

Can either roll to onlong or round shape or spread with your hands and lay on the tray

Press with thumb all over the dough leaving one inch space in between

Let the dough fully rise

Brush with olive oil or beaten egg

Then bake on 200°C till its creamish color
- 10
Remove from oven sprinkle veggies generously and bake again for 5-10 mins

NB: can use any veggies you prefer, today i sprinkled some grated mozarella cheese too
