  • 1/2 BowlOats
  • 1/2 BowlWheat Flour
  • 5-6 TeaspoonCurd
  • 4-5 Teaspoonoil for kneading atta(flour)
  • 1 teaspoonSalt
  • 1 teaspoonChaat Masala
  • 2 teaspoonKasuri Methi
  • 1/2 teaspoonturmeric powder
  • 1 teaspooncarom seeds
  • 1/2 teaspoonred chilli powder
  • as neededOil for frying Paratha

Steps

30 mins
  1. 1

    In a bowl mix oats, atta and all ingredients and a make a dough with required amount of water

    Then take some portion of the dough and roll in a round shape

  3. 3

    Then with the help of a knife cut it into square shape

  4. 4

    The fry both sides of the paratha well with required amount of oil.

  5. 5

    Serve hot with curd,raita,sauce or pickle
