'Chap' means Dry gravy.This is a perfect Vegetarian Dish full of Masala.
Steps

Take 150 gm Paneer and cut into pieces.

Fry it until it looks golden brown in colour.

Make a paste of 1 medium size Onion,3 garlic cloves,2 inches Ginger,3 dry red chillies and 1 tsp cumin powder.

Take a bowl and put 3 teaspoons poppy seeds,2 Teaspoons Melon Seeds and 7 cashew nuts.Keep it for 10 mins.

After 10 mins, make a paste of it and keep aside.

Take a pan,heat oil.Put the dry Masala (Cinnamon, Cardamom clove)

Put the onion paste and fry until it removes oil.

Now add 1 tsp turmeric powder and 1tsp red chili powder.

Then add cashew paste and cook for 5 mins.

Add 1/2 cup of water and cover it for 5 mins.

Add salt as per taste and put the fried paneer.cook for 2 mins.

Now add 1 tsp Keora Water and sprinkle 1/2 tsp ghee.

Serve hot with Veg Biryani.
