Burger Salad Burger Salad
I was going to make burgers with buns for dinner last night until the hubs told me he was not feeling the buns because his weeklong work function served sandwiches at lunch every day.So we went with a burger salad, incorporating four different recipes from Cookpad, all of which are pretty easy and don't take that much time. (See Method section for urls for each recipe.)I didn't give exact measurements because it's one of those assembly deals where you can put as much or as little of a thing as you like for your salad. That was one tasty low-starch way to enjoy a burger. Thank you, Kostas1213 and Yorkie! :) x -

Beef Rice Burger Beef Rice Burger
Have you ever have a rice burger from MOS Burger? MOS Burger is a well-known fast-food chain that originated in Japan and the second largest after MacDonald in the country. MOS Burger created rice burger by replacing the traditional hamburger buns with compressed rice cakes. Rice burger quickly became popular in East Asia and recently in America. My beef rice burger recipe has been inspired by MOS yakiniku rice burger, which is a grilled beef strip rice burger. For people who have gluten allergy like me but still wish to enjoy the taste of hamburgers, this is one of the best alternatives. And it is yummy! Just make sure to replace regular soy sauce with gluten-free soy sauce. See my instruction video: https://youtu.be/TWoEcVMaN6k Julie - Mrs. Lin's Kitchen -
Mos Burger-style Chicken Rice Burger Mos Burger-style Chicken Rice Burger
Mos Burger's rice burger buns are chewy and they don't fall apart. They aren't just simply rice balls made into patties! This is a result of my trial and error to find an easy-to-eat burger for kids.Try filling the rice buns with kimpira or anything else! A meat patty coated in Japanese BBQ sauce is delicious!
