  1. 700 gramsBottle gourd (lauki)
  2. 1 cup (250ml)Boiled Milk -
  3. 1/3 cupSugar
  4. As requiredGreen food color (optional)
  5. 15 gChopped cashew
  6. 15 gChopped pistachio
  7. 1/4 tspCardamom (elaichi) powder
  8. 4-5 tbspGhee

    First take 1 lauki, peel it well and now wash it properly and then cut it into two parts and grate it with then grater.

    Then take a kadhai heat it well, then put ghee, add grated bottle gourd now fry it for 5-7 mins on medium flame.

    Now add milk and cook it for 12-15 mins, then add sugar mix it well now add green food coloring (optional) cook it for 20 mins.

    Then add chopped dry fruits and little ghee cook it for 1 min or more and your delicious lauki ka halwa is ready.Enjoy.
